Billy's father opens a very old book called FAMA REGIS, which is Latin for "Acts of the King". Billy listens as his father speaks of times of old and how dragons used to exist during the reign of King Arthur. Not all dragons are evil? Billy is not sure what to make of the story and what it has to do with him.
