Not everything I draw is intended to be a finished work of art. There's good reason to draft, sketch, and doodle for nothing else than to practice and let the creativity flow. I am a firm believer that the more an artist draws, the better they become. Like with any other skill, time and experience is crucial for mastery. I can testify that I would not have the ability to illustrate the way I do now if not for the dozens upon dozens of sketchbooks filled with pencil drawings from throughout the years.

Some of these sketches are from my early years and may not compare in qualify to my recent work.
